Collateral - Shot by Shot Remake Storyboard

Here are the images of the storyboards we started working on in class for the Shot by Shot remake for the clip of Collateral. First of all we decided that we will watch the Clip twice and then we made Myles the drawer of the group and played the clip again and paused were we thought was an important image we should have drawn in the storyboard that will help make are groups remake of Collateral as close to the original.

After we finished deciding on what images we should have Myles draw on the storyboard, we started discussing what was going on in clip / cut that Myles drew and started writing it down. But we did not complete it so we decided that Susan should take it home and complete it because she had more of an understanding of what to do. So Michael and Jobedha took photographs of the incomplete storyboards and posted it on the blog because they were told to.

Here is the complete storyboard for the Shot by Shot Remake for Collateral. When I did the annotations for the storyboard I wrote down every detail that will make it easy for me and my group during the film process. I wrote about the camera shot, the type of lighting, what hand props were being held, the mise-en-scene, how the suitcase drops, the entrance and exits by the actors and every other little detail. I also wrote down the monologue that took place between the two character seen, so that when we did it Michael and Myles (Myles chose to be Tom Curse's Character and Michael chose to be Jason Stratham's Character) played the scene from Collateral they could do the monologue because we wanted are Shot by Shot Remake to be as similar to the original as much as possible.
